Srinivasa Grand

Even though the room was clean and well maintained, what stood out was the help we got when our train delay meant we arrived at midnight, though the booking was from 12 PM. The staff were supportive even that late and helped with our luggage. The bed was properly arranged, the bathroom hygienic, and the AC worked well. The ambience was pleasant, and the employees behaved well throughout our stay. I had a great experience at Srinivasa Grand.

It’s only about a 5 min walk from the railway station. The staff are friendly and quick to answer questions, so I’d recommend it. Parking is at the railway station. I’m not sure if it’s actually paid, though the hotel said they pay for it.

A really bad experience. I booked through Goibibo, but the hotel staff said no confirmation message had reached them and refused to give me a room, even though it was 5 AM. They cancelled the booking, and I still haven’t received my refund. The staff behaved very poorly. They didn’t seem to have technical knowledge and weren’t able to communicate properly. Very poor service.

I checked out after just 12 hours, even though I had paid the full day tariff. I don’t regret leaving, but I won’t stay here again. The service was bad from check-in through the morning, especially with the counter receptionist. I tried to give him feedback so they could make sure my room was sorted before evening, and he told me I had to adjust with whatever they had. He said nobody else complains and I was the only one. When I asked who the owner was, he was so adamant and said, “I am the owner of hotel.” The room had very dim lighting, a broken shower, and shabby cupboard shelves that didn’t move freely. The blanket fabric was like towel material, with no difference between the blanket and towel. The boys weren’t courteous or well mannered, and came into the room with a master key without knocking. A very sorry state of affairs in customer service. The morning was a bad experience, and I left within 12 hours.
