The prices are a big plus here. Around ₹2000–₹3000 gets you a comfortable stay and decent meals, which makes Ram Kripa Inn Santushti Restaurant practical for a short visit. It's easy enough to reach, and the staff are polite and cooperative, though service can drag when it's busy. The restaurant is clean and simple, with satisfying Indian food like dal, vegetables, and fresh rotis. Portions seem fair for the cost. It's a good fit if you want affordable basics, but it may feel plain if you're after luxury or fine dining.

The food and canteen were very poor. Even the Deluxe Thali came without basic things like salad, and the counter staff said they were cutting costs. Room service took almost an hour to bring a cup of tea. The room's mobile charging plug didn't work, and there was no Wi-Fi or internet access. Staff service was extremely slow and unprofessional. At checkout, the reception staff were rude and unresponsive. Very disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend it.

The roti was tiny, about ant-food size, and the food had way too much salt. This is a genuine review, my father asked me to write it. If negative stars were possible, I'd give one.
