Breakfast was one of the better parts of the stay. The rest didn't feel worth 4k: the rooms were only average, the appliances were old, and there were mosquitoes. There were very few staff, and service was very bad. I mainly booked because it was near the airport and the restaurant has a name, but for that price there are much better options. I'd avoid it unless you can't find anything else.
Being near the airport is about the only plus I found. The rooms are split across different buildings, there's no lift, and the water pressure is terrible. I also had mosquitoes in the room. Staff were rude and very unprofessional. The breakfast buffet was awful, with very few choices and no small changes possible to the live food. Terrible rooms, food and hotel.
The location is the strongest point, and the complimentary morning breakfast is good. Rates are reasonable, so it works well for a transit stay. There are no lifts, though, so senior citizens should ask for a room on a lower floor.
Breakfast was free and pretty decent, and the hotel also included an airport drop-off. Its closeness to Vile Parle station and the airport may explain the price, but I still question whether it was worth it: I paid over 5k including taxes for one night for two people. It's an old property and looks a bit shabby.
The location is superb, but the service was really slow and the food arrived cold, which dampened the experience. They've been in business for quite a while and could definitely improve the service.
