I was there with my wife and our 1-year-old baby, and losing our room key around 12:30 AM turned a stay at Karishma Hotel into a really upsetting experience. They had no spare or master key. Instead of helping, staff said we could pay for another room for the night or cover a new lock and keys ourselves. It was raining heavily, and my wife and baby were tired and uncomfortable. The staff showed no urgency or empathy and took no responsibility. I had to find a locksmith myself and stand outside in the rain while the lock was replaced, as my family waited. The hotel only insisted that I pay the full cost. They treated it like a routine nuisance and offered no courtesy or support. We had already paid for the room. Being asked for more money instead of getting help left us feeling abandoned and overcharged when we needed assistance. The staff came across as cold and indifferent. For a family with a small child, this felt inhumane and far below basic hospitality. Basic service and simple decency were missing in our experience. I'd tell anyone considering Karishma Hotel to be cautious and think twice. We found the treatment unacceptable, and guests deserve better.
