Don’t book through Go-IBIBO. I reserved through goibibo, but they wouldn’t let me check in when I arrived at 11 pm. I spent an hour looking for another place. The rooms were fine and spacious by Mumbai standards, though there was a cigarette smell throughout. The help desk was reasonably supportive.

I’d had a good stay here before, which is why I came back, but this time they refused to check me in at 9 PM because I’d paid online. The person there wanted cash, and I wouldn’t pay again. I was already tired and hungry, and had to find another hotel. A really bad experience.

The staff are cooperative, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and hygienic. It’s reasonably priced at around 1500 per day, and you can book by calling. They don’t take Oyo bookings, though.

For this budget, the rooms are good, with plenty of ventilation and no stuffiness. The staff are humble and very cooperative. Mr Vishal was especially kind and understanding, and Sneha and mr Rajkumar helped make the stay comfortable. Thanks to them.

The staff and service were awful, and they were extremely rude. They kept bothering us to leave four hours early and then made us check out ahead of time. When we complained, they told us not to come back if we didn’t like the service. They seemed not to care at all.
