The room was dirty and cheap, and the management was very poor. I had booked and paid, and even called to confirm, but when I arrived they had already sold the room to someone else and said none were available. Better to sleep in your car than come here.

I booked 4 AC rooms but was given only 2, with staff saying the ACs would start “after some time.” They never did. Calls to reception went unanswered, and there was no one at the desk in person. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The place was dirty and untidy, and they took heavy advantage of the Mahakumbh Rush by overcharging. Management was unprofessional. Don't choose this hotel unless you have no other option across Chitrakoot.
