Hotel Milan

It felt like a nightmare staying here. The bathroom was really dirty, and the room photos seemed fake. A very bad experience. Go if you want to waste your money.

The temple is close by, and the cloakroom was handy after checkout since we could leave our bags and collect them at night. That was about all that worked for us. We booked three rooms for a group, and they looked okay at first, with warm lighting and seemingly clean interiors, but they were musty and smelled bad. They didn't look like the online photos, and it was clear they hadn't been cleaned properly. The bathrooms were awful, with no hot water and salty tap water that should have been treated. The bedding was cheap, blankets were torn, and maintenance seemed poor throughout. Harsh spotlights directly above the beds made the rooms uncomfortable. We weren't given an AC remote, so I had to switch it off manually. There was no intercom either, and after a tiring day I wasn't going downstairs to ask for one. The owners, maybe two brothers, were at reception. They didn't seem to know what they were doing, and the atmosphere felt strange, with no warmth or politeness. It was an uncomfortable, unclean, unprofessional stay. I wouldn't recommend it.

Cockroaches were all over our room when we got back to the hotel at 10 o'clock, including the bed and bathroom. The rooms and bathrooms weren't clean, and hygiene was poor throughout. It was a very bad experience, a nightmare of a stay. I wouldn't recommend it. Please don't waste your money.

The room was filthy, and the washroom was really unhygienic. Staff were rude and dirty too. That was horrible. I won't be coming back.
