Hotel Rudra

The room was in extremely poor condition, and the bathroom shower didn't work. We arrived very early in the morning, around 2 am on 17-02-2025, and paid 4000/ for the day, with checkout at 10 am. At exactly 10 am they switched off the lights, saying guests couldn't use the bathroom geyser. We had to manage our work without light. The location in Chitrakut is good, but this is only suitable for an emergency overnight stay.

The prices are easy on the pocket, and the service is the best in the whole vicinity for the price. The food is really good, with quality, quantity, and hygiene all up to the mark. Amazing hospitality too. A must visit hotel and restaurant in Chitrkoot, especially for the multi cuisine restaurant.

I only stopped for lunch, and there were hardly any other customers. The food was average to good, but they use plastic utensils like street food vendors do. Although the menu lists many things, only a limited number of dishes are served at a meal.

The meal was good but expensive, and the restaurant was horribly unclean. Parking fits only two cars at most. The location is good, but the rooms are very poor, especially the toilets. Cleaning was inadequate and the power kept failing, possibly because there's no backup. I had a bad stay here.
