Avexia Premiere

The atmosphere at Avexia Premiere Hotel felt magical, and its location made it easy to explore nearby attractions. My room was clean and roomy, and the meals were delicious. Check-in went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone wanting to experience Rajasthan’s culture and history.

My stay was horrible. RNB Hotel Shalimar Palace Inn had the previous management, and the older reviews came from guests who stayed under them. Avexia Group took over shortly before my visit. Since the takeover, in my experience, standards have dropped from a high 5 to 1. I’d avoid staying until Avexia Group has fully taken over from RNB Hotel Shalimar. I booked two AC rooms and was assigned the MD's rooms. There were no pros for me. The rooms smelled pungent, as if they hadn’t been used for months, and the washrooms were dirty. The geyser didn’t work. The restaurant’s head cook was on leave, leaving no room service and no Plan B. The receptionist, who was new to Avexia, only said sorry when I raised issues and seemed unable to control anything. The AC remotes were missing, so staff took the remote from the other room I’d booked for a family member. That room was left without AC. Someone from the other room knocked three times, to change the sheets, return the remote, and clean the bathroom at 2 AM. The receptionist also entered my open room without ringing the doorbell during my personal hours to inspect the bathroom geyser’s electrical connectivity, then walked away saying, “Sorry.” From about 6 AM, both AC and geyser service were disconnected. Noise from the neighbors made it hard to sleep. The current management also requires full payment in advance. The property seems to be deteriorating by the day. Avexia Group needs to invest in keeping it running and implement new technology, processes, and facilities. There seems to be a real disconnect between paying customers and the current authorities.

The service at Avexia premiere really impressed me. The staff were attentive and made sure my needs were met. The product I bought was better than I expected for both quality and value. I’d recommend Avexia premiere and will definitely return.

The location was just right, and the room was neat and clean. Staff were really friendly and caring. I had an amazing stay, and would recommend it for a family or friends trip.
