Hotel Amrit Manthan

I attended a seminar at amrit manthan and thought the hotel was great. The hall can host around 200+ people, and both the refreshments and food were perfect.

The owner and management were awful and ruined our marriage. I strongly advise against holding any function here. They seem focused on making money, with poor-quality tents and an outdated concept.

The food was one of the best parts of my stay at Hotel Amrit Manthan. The fresh breakfast had tasty poha and parathas, plus smoothie options, and dinner thalis were generous and full of spice. There was a good range of North Indian, Continental, and regional Rajasthani dishes. Service was a strong point too: staff were warm at check-in, housekeeping was attentive, room service was prompt, and they helped with extra pillows and local recommendations. My room was clean and spacious, with AC, Wi-Fi, and comfortable bedding, but it sometimes had a faint musty smell, perhaps from humidity or older bathroom fixtures. Better ventilation or air fresheners might help. Wedding events also brought loud music and gatherings in common areas, with noise echoing into the rooms and corridors late into the night. Earplugs helped, though lighter soundproofing or quiet hours could make things easier for guests who aren't there for an event. Despite those issues, I found it good value, especially for the service and meals. I'd recommend it for a short visit or a group trip if you're fine with a lively atmosphere.

Rooms 106, 107, and 108 had a long list of problems. There was a bathroom leak, weak Wi-Fi, no sound on the room phone, and the balcony wasn't cleaned. The sports equipment was all broken, the food had no taste, and getting each item at a meal took around 30 minutes. Some complimentary supplies, like milk powder, were expired. The AC and TV didn't work properly, and the fans were noisy. The pool had no safety gear for young children, such as life jackets or tubes.
