The rooftop dining area was a good choice, with better service than room service, and breakfast was excellent. It's easy to get to the fort from here, and auto rickshaws are available for 700-1200 depending on the season. Staff were polite and friendly. For a budget-friendly stay, it was quite good. Things were good in general, especially the city of Chittorgarh and the friendly people we met 💕

The restaurant staff were good and cooperative, but the rest of the staff came across as very unprofessional. I stayed here with my family a few days ago. Our room had a scenic view of chitorgarh fort, which was its best feature. Inside, the walls were damp and the paint was peeling. Despite several complaints, the TV never worked, and the phone was out of service. The bedsheet and blanket were stained and torn. A staff member gave us the wrong card with a mobile number for complaints, then later denied doing so.

The rooftop restaurant serves good food, the staff are humble, and service is good. There's ample parking space, although it's in an open ground across the road. The location is in the main market near the fort entry gate. The property needs a thorough deep clean: dust on the bedside, stained windows, and permanent grit on the old floor tiles, even though the floor itself was clean. Basic rooms aren't worth staying in, with no windows, little space, and old furniture. If you stay here, choose a suite or higher.

Ventilation is the drawback here. Still, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the food is fresh and tasty. It's a great family vacation hotel, with a lovely fort and sunrise view from the restaurant. Restaurant manager Bhagvat ji is welcoming, humble, and nice.
