Hotel Padmini Chittorgarh

In the morning, we saw 200+ parrots flying nearby, an amazing sight. We also had a beautiful view of Chittorgarh Fort from the right side of the hotel, though we didn't get to explore it because it wasn't included in our tour. We stayed at Hotel Padmani as part of a bus tour, and our travel organizer had selected it. We arrived close to 2am and the staff were cooperative when they gave us a room, quite different from what I'd read in some online reviews. I think our organizer knew the right people and had arranged things well. The hotel looks a bit like a palace and has a ground for events. The nearby dustbin area wasn't very clean, which was disappointing and seemed to be on both the people and hotel management. Some areas, including the lift, were still under construction. It was a decent stay.

I'm from Gujarat, and I want to warn others about Hotel Padmini, Chittorgarh. The rooms were extremely dirty and not maintained, with no proper cleaning, basic facilities, or support from the staff. Service was terrible. It was a very disappointing waste of money and time. There are plenty of better options nearby, so please don't stay here. 😡🚫🏨

The TV had just 4 show, and the bed wasn't comfortable. Rooms were dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned between guests. Bedsheets and towels were stained and smelled terrible. Basic things like soap, water, and toilet paper were missing, and nobody responded to complaints. It felt like nobody was in charge of maintaining the rooms. The place smelled unbearable, like rat urine, and basic cleanliness was ignored. Service was very slow, with staff who seemed poorly trained and uninterested in helping. The experience was terrible from beginning to end. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, even for free. Look for a better, safer option if you value your health, time, and dignity. Trip typeHoliday. From the outside, the hotel looks very good, but inside tells a different story. It isn't properly maintained or cleaned, and it's dirty. I think its best days have passed. Authorities, please take the necessary measures. If you can, avoid this hotel.
