Hotel O Way Point

They took my full payment and then asked for almost double, saying they couldn’t honor the booking once I arrived. The staff had accepted the online confirmation, but claimed they hadn’t confirmed it on their end. The booking was non-refundable, so I couldn’t cancel and get my money back. It felt like they were trying to fool customers who book online, especially when they see a lower price. Be careful, or you could lose money and still have to pay extra.

The room I got didn’t match what they’d told me on the phone. The reception and service were bad.

The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was both comfortable and clean, with a stylish look and modern amenities. I really enjoyed the stay and would recommend the hotel. Can’t wait to come back! 5/5.

Staff didn’t seem to know the hotel’s policies, and there was a lot of confusion between them and the manager. It affected things like refrigerator use and the laundry policy. They also wanted payment upfront for every order, even water bottles, food, and laundry, rather than charging at checkout, which is the usual practice. The service quality was terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
