The morning was a mess: there was no water, and hot water never arrived, so I had to leave without showering. The TV in the room didn’t work either, and even basic amenities were hard to get. Service was painfully slow, with room service taking over an hour for simple requests. I asked for extra pillows and the reception staff seemed put off. When I requested an extra bed, it took more than an hour for someone to bring a blanket, and I was told there was no housekeeping at night. We were a family of four but got only two towels. When I asked for more, staff said laundry hadn’t arrived yet. The hotel was nearly empty, which made the lack of planning and management even more staggering. The manager made no extra effort to resolve the problems and offered no compensation. It was the worst experience I’ve had, with such poor hospitality and blatant mismanagement. I’d advise people to steer clear, save their money, and choose one of the better options with genuine hospitality and service.

The place felt a bit messy and just okay. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working, and the TV had no set-top box. You have to call reception for every little thing before it gets fixed, and even the water had to be requested. The person at reception wasn’t clear about how things worked.

We had a pleasant stay, and the food was delicious, thanks to chef Sonpal. The staff were kind, polite, and helpful: Sunil and Ayush at the banquet, and Satyaprakash at reception. Security daddu was especially helpful and guided us for local sightseeing.

The suite room was lovely, and I plan to stay at Solista Hotel again. The food tastes so good it makes my mouth water. Cleanliness was very good, and all the staff were nice, especially the front office team, whose behavior was very good.

The room had a weird smell, so each time I came back I had to leave the windows open for a while. Apart from that, things were fine. The washroom was exceptionally clean, the ambience was good, the food was good, and the staff were very helpful.
