Kanha Hotel & Resort

Complete waste of money. Hotel Kanha’s rooms smell and the bedsheets are unwashed. Even the mosquitoes seemed to check out early because they couldn’t survive there. Hotel Kanha ka owner Ramesh Toshniwal’s behaviour was worse than the room conditions, and his way of talking made the stay even worse. He was unprofessional, rude, and not customer-friendly at all. Avoid this hotel.

The place and food were unhygienic, and the staff were rude. There’s also constant noise from the cement block factory next door. Inside the rooms, we found a torn chair, loose hanging electrical wires, and stained bedsheets and mattresses. The geyser and exhaust fan didn’t work either. The rooms, location, and service were all below average, making this a terrible stay.

Parking is the one real drawback, since there isn’t much space. Otherwise everything was fine. The hotel is easy to reach and looks good from outside, with a decent-sized garden for a normal function. There’s a large hall inside that’s very good, and all rooms have AC.

The main problem is that you can’t bring outside food into the hotel or eat it in your room. Bathrooms also aren’t maintained very well, though the rooms themselves are good. Bad landlord.
