The location is convenient, near the highway, about 9 km from Chittorgarh Fort and 45 km from Sawariya Seth Temple. The lift is a little slow but manageable, and other things were satisfactory. Still, the stay at The Elegance Resort, Chittorgarh was only average because of several room and service problems. Our TV display was broken for both days, and even after we told staff, neither a repair nor a room change happened. For two guests there was just one towel; tissues and toilet paper were missing and came only after repeated requests. The polite reception staff often needed two or three calls before service was handled. My friend's room had a broken doorbell, though mine worked. We also couldn't get drinking glasses despite asking several times, and were offered small coffee mugs instead.

Comfortable rooms and good service made this an easy choice for our trip. The location near the highway was convenient, and the “affordable luxury” claim felt accurate. Worth considering in Chittorgarh.

The peaceful setting helped make our special day memorable, and the banquet hall looked beautifully decorated. Staff were attentive too. A lovely wedding venue and a wonderful experience.

Though a little outside the city, The Elegance Resort gave our corporate event a peaceful setting. Its conference facilities were spacious, and the helpful staff made coordination easy. It was a pleasant surprise.
