The food at the hotel's restaurant was a real highlight, flavorful and not too oily, and we enjoyed all our meals. The owner and staff were very polite and courteous, too. We stayed in April while visiting Lansdowne, at a convenient, peaceful spot about 20 km before town. Our family room was spacious, with two double beds, and the hotel's parking area can fit around 10 cars. I'd recommend it to families looking for a clean, comfortable, well-managed stay near Lansdowne.

We had such a good time as a family and are already hoping to return. The rooms had beautiful views, and there was plenty of parking. The owners personally checked on us and offered help whenever we needed it, while the friendly staff made us feel welcome. Great location and delicious food, too.

The owners were so welcoming, and I still remember the owner offering me his own slippers after I mentioned our room had no bathroom slippers. It was a thoughtful gesture that left a lasting impression. We stayed at Maple Hill Resort on January 4-5, 2024, during our Lansdowne trip. The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful. The food was tasty, though a little expensive. We had a very pleasant stay, and I'd recommend visiting Maple Hill Resort at least once if you're going to Lansdowne, UK.
