Getting to the main road and nearby popular spots was easy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We spent two nights here and found the stay comfortable and worth the price, despite the low online rating. It worked well for our family, and I'd recommend it to families looking for a convenient, comfortable stay.
2/10
We arrived in Madurai and booked at the last minute, so I wasn't expecting much. Still, the bathrooms were extremely dirty, the rooms smelled awful, and the blankets weren't clean. There was no hot water, and reception didn't answer when we called, even at 6 AM.
2/10
The staff handled our issues with very little courtesy or responsibility, and the service was extremely disappointing. That kind of neglect and poor hospitality isn't acceptable from a hotel that says it values its customers.
6/10
The caretakers were supportive and very helpful, which made things a little easier. We were staying in Madurai on our ride from Bengaluru towards Dhanushkodi. The place itself was average: the rooms weren't clean, ventilation was poor, and the bathroom taps and flush didn't work properly.
2/10
The owner promises everything, then doesn't follow through. The service was awful, and I wouldn't book this place for a family.
