The stay was decent and breakfast was good. Parking was tight, though the staff handled it well. The stained bed quilt and towels that didn't seem fresh were disappointing. Agoda also charged extra for a bed for our 8-year-old, even though we hadn't asked for another bed. Cleaner linens and clearer billing would have made the visit much better.
It was incredibly hard to spend even one night here with a small child. The room was filthy, the walls were dirty even in the bathroom, and the old furniture was grimy and chipped. The bed wasn't stable, and no one helped with our luggage at check-in. We paid almost 5k for a room that wasn't worth 800 rs. We could have found far cleaner, better hotels for that price. I've never stayed in a room this dirty. Absolutely horrible.
I felt safe here, and it was close to most things. The room was clean, breakfast tasted good, and the staff were friendly and cooperative. Mr. Narayanann and Mr. Moorthy were especially considerate and helped whenever I asked. I had an excellent stay.
The food was very good, and the price was reasonable for a place with such a nice ambience. Staff were patient, and receptionist narayanan gave us a warm welcome. I'd read negative reviews before booking, but my stay was peaceful and very good.
Narayanan and the staff were attentive and quick to help whenever I needed something. The hotel also had reliable security, reasonable prices and commendable food service. I had a wonderful, comfortable stay and would recommend it. Special thanks to Narayanan for making it memorable.
