The Fern Kesarval Hotel & Spa Verna Plateau, Goa

At Fern kesarval hotel verna, Pritam ekka made our meals a real pleasure. He was friendly and professional, always smiling, and checked in often without hovering. He made sure everything was just right. His service was easily the best dining experience we've had at a hotel, and I want to commend him for it. Highly recommended.

The meals were a highlight, thanks to Vishal and Kaif. Vishal greeted us with a smile and looked after us so well that we ended up eating more than we could manage. They prepared our plates, brought the meals we requested, and kept our water glasses from getting empty. Pramod was also very cooperative. He welcomed us promptly, helped with our luggage, and quickly sorted out room support. The hotel has a lovely ambience and takes care of useful needs, with welcome drinks and essential bathroom kits provided. A very good stay and worth the price. Everyone seemed equally active, but these are the three names I remember while writing this.

The restaurant food was full of flavor, though even the mild spice had quite a kick, so ask for less if you don't like spicy food. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the hotel is handy for a transit stop, just 20 minutes from Goa airport. A brilliant little hotel.

Housekeeping really stood out during my stay. Ms. Vipasa was the best at room cleaning, with a careful eye for detail, high cleanliness standards, and a polite, professional manner. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the whole experience surpassed what I expected. I had a wonderful stay, and the hotel's hospitality was great. I'd gladly stay again and recommend it.
