At 1:30 AM, after I'd called Mr. Krish for a room, he first promised 1995, then said direct booking would cost 3500 when I arrived. I showed him the Goibibo price, but he claimed the rooms were fully booked even though the app still showed availability. It felt like a scam right to my face. With service this pathetic, they won't last a year. Scam alert!

When we were struggling with our sarees for a function, the staff even helped us drape them. They were kind and really helpful. The facilities were amazing, and I'd recommend this affordable, high-standard hotel in the heart of the city.

Mrs. Subha at reception greeted me warmly and made check-in and checkout easy. She gave me a good room and shared a location. The room does need better cleaning, though. Thanks to Mrs.Subha and the hotel management.

We booked two super deluxe rooms, arrived at night with a small child, and found neither room properly ready. The A/C temperature couldn't be adjusted, the windows wouldn't close properly, the lights were inadequate, and there were mosquitoes and cockroaches. There were no towels or shampoo either. We'd been told breakfast was complimentary, but after we arrived they said the restaurant was under maintenance. One problem or another in every room, and the lady was very rude. A very bad experience. People visiting Fortune should think before choosing this lodge.

The receptionist was very disrespectful and showed no regard for customers. We asked to check in just two hours before our scheduled time, and he wanted 2000. They also wouldn't give us plates when we asked so we could eat our food.
