Capital O 81526 The Paradise International

This was the dirtiest room I've ever stayed in, and the service was just as bad. Customer service was poor, nobody treated us well. Please don't stay at this hotel.

I don't think this place is connected to OYO right now. This is entirely the management's responsibility. Dust filled the room, which made my stay uncomfortable, and the toilet smelled foul the whole time. The obvious lack of proper cleaning and maintenance affected my comfort and left me with a poor impression of the hotel. For what I paid, the accommodation wasn't worth the money. A local lodge would be a better choice.

The rooms were musty, the toilets weren't clean, and the AC was poor. There were no remotes provided. The night receptionist was unhelpful and had a bad attitude. He first refused us rooms, saying the hotel was full, and wouldn't open up a room. We insisted that our booking was confirmed, and he reluctantly showed us one. Later we saw that most of the rooms on that floor were empty. A horrible experience, and I definitely wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Our room was small and dirty, and the washroom was disgusting. They charged 300 for checking out only half an hour late. We asked hotel service for plates, but they didn't have any, so they gave us disposable ones and charged for those too. There are better places in Coimbatore. Staying here will just leave you angry and disappointed.
