Too bad, Oyo. We booked this residency through Oyo and paid, but when we arrived they said there was no room at that rate. We told them we had no other option and asked them to check, but they still did nothing for us. Anyone booking a room through Oyo should confirm the rate first.

The staff were polite, but the room itself was in awful shape. The sheets were extremely dirty, as if they hadn't been washed in months, and both the room and washroom smelled bad. The washroom was clearly neglected and the geyser was broken. I wouldn't even keep this as a last option.

We booked a room online for eight people, then were told on arrival that there was no room at that price and we'd have to pay more. Very bad service. It feels like there's a scam going on with OYO, so be careful.

There wasn't even proper water, let alone hot water. What came out looked like water from a drainage pipe. This is a terrible place to stay, especially with family, and a waste of money.

The online listings show a low price and fake photos, then at check-in they ask for double the amount. Customers get no respect here. I had a very bad experience, so stay away from this kind of property.
