The staff were good, but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There was no water or Wi-Fi, and the room was too small even for one guest. I don’t know how they gave it to two people, even though I’d paid in advance. The experience was very bad.

The rooms were tiny and full of mosquitoes, and the prices were high. The receptionist asked us to get copies of our proof, and we weren’t allowed in before 12 PM unless we paid extra. A terrible place to stay, with awful pricing.

The staff made a real difference during my stay. They went out of their way to make me feel welcome and looked after, whether they were helping with requests or suggesting local attractions. Their service was exceptional.

The staff were polite, but the rooms were uncomfortable, unclean, and too small. They accept bookings for more people than can fit, since only two can be accommodated. I wouldn’t recommend it for families.

The reception person was nice and responded properly when I asked for things, but this was a waste of money. The bed, bedsheet, and pillows were awful, and the AC was running with dust all inside it. The hot water switch didn’t work, so I had to ask reception to turn it on. I wouldn’t choose Fab Express Apple Grand for a family stay.
