The location was good, but there wasn’t a proper visible sign to identify the building like the one shown in the online pictures. The room itself was only okay and poorly maintained. The sheets and blanket were dirty, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and although there was an attached kitchen, it had nothing in it. There wasn’t even tape for cleaning the plates. There was no lift, just a lot of steps to reach the room, and no help carrying luggage to the first floor. The service guy seemed very young, maybe under 18, and didn’t seem to know much about hospitality or helping guests. I checked in at 2:30 pm and left by 4:00 pm the same day to find somewhere else. It was a bad decision to book here and a total waste of money. Now I understand why they offered such a heavy discount. In my personal opinion, it wasn’t worth it at all.

The room was really spacious, with a bedroom and a living area. It was easy to get to, near the airport and KMCH.

After traveling all the way there, I found that the property had no electricity and wasn’t fit for a comfortable stay. I’d booked through Agoda, but we had to cancel and urgently find another place after the long journey. The owner still refused to refund our payment, even though the service we paid for couldn’t be provided. We were left stranded and had to spend more time and money arranging accommodation at the last minute. This was a very disappointing experience, with poor customer service and completely unprofessional handling. I’d advise other travelers to avoid it unless they’re willing to risk similar problems.
