FabHotel Joy's Residency

The staff wouldn't even let me enter at first, saying they didn't care about my booking. There wasn't a sign saying the hotel was run by FabHotels. Once I got in, the room was horrendous, long uncleaned and crawling with pests and cockroaches. A liquor store right in front meant the smell reached every room. The bathroom taps had no water, and none of the amenities actually worked. The sheets looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. This place felt completely unsafe, especially for women. I've never stayed anywhere worse. You'd be better off on the road than booking here.

We had to pay extra for checking out a little late, even though there were no other bookings. The manager was rude, uncouth and completely uncooperative. The rooms and washrooms were disgusting and badly maintained, the geyser didn't work, and the sheets and pillow covers had turned yellow. Not worth even 300 bucks for a night. I've stayed in much better hostels.

The whole hotel had a bad smell, and cockroaches were in the toilets. Our room and beds weren't clean, and the pillows weren't clean either. There was no water facility and the phone didn't work. It felt unhygienic to stay there, with no proper maintenance. This was one of the worst experiences in all my travels. I ask Fab to check this hotel before considering it for future bookings.

The common hall always had a strong smoking smell that made it hard for me to breathe. The room and bathroom were completely unclean and smelled horrible. The bedsheets, pillow covers, duvet and duvet cover looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. When I asked for replacements, they brought covers that had already been used and smelled bad. The people working there don't care about the property. Worst stay I've ever had.
