The manager was arrogant, though the other staff were fine. Breakfast was included but he wouldn't provide it. The restaurant food tasted bad, and its staff behaved even worse. They kept changing checkout time as they pleased, then charged extra for late checkout. The room looked nothing like the hotel's photos and was in terrible shape: broken tap, shower not working, AC barely working and no remote, dirty curtains, sheets, and pillow covers. The electrical switch was in a risky condition, and the damaged TV only had two or three news channels, with poor picture quality. For this so-called super deluxe AC room, they overcharged despite the poor service and demanded extra money at checkout too. The bathroom was useless. If you care about hygiene, I suggest avoiding this hotel.

The location is good, staff are friendly, and the price works for different kinds of people. Cleanliness is only average, though. The flush doesn't work properly, and the AC makes a vibrating sound. Staff should try to keep the rooms cleaner.

The staff were friendly, but there was no proper backup when the electricity went out, and the DG wasn't working. The AC is old, its remote is missing, and even the manual controls don't work properly.

It was easy to find an auto or car from this great location, with nice restaurants nearby, including Venus Inn. The rooms are spacious and well kept, and staff were helpful. The receptionist was especially friendly and cooperative. Food could be better. The main thing missing was a geyser. In winter, I couldn't manage with cold water.

The restaurant food and service were the one good part. Everything else was rough: the flush and geyser didn't work, the room service phone was dead, and there was AC but no fan. The sheets were torn and staff weren't very friendly. They charged 1300/- for a stay from 6.30 PM to 10.30 AM.
