The staff and owners were very courteous and tried their best to help with the limited options they had. The three or four boys working hard at the property deserve credit, and with its amazing location, I think it could soon be better than most five-star properties. I wish I could give it five stars, but they need to act on this feedback. Our room was in very poor condition and badly needed maintenance. There were insects, lizards, snakes, and a general mess, with spider webs both inside and outside the rooms. I had three sleepless nights, even though payment had been taken in advance. There were no lights in the pool changing rooms and no water filtration. Food choices were very limited both at the property and nearby.

We were a group of more than 15 people from a college, and even after just a few hours there, we were shocked. The photos and reviews were misleading. There was no safety, cleanliness, or service, and the balcony doors in several rooms were very hard to close. The hotel isn’t as close to the main road as it appears. You have to carry all your luggage down a hill into the valley, then climb another small hill. The area felt completely isolated, with no nearby buildings where we could get food or spend time. The rooms looked strange and didn’t seem ready to operate as a hotel. In some rooms, you could see the bathroom ventilation from the next room, so there was no safety at all.

The rooms, staff, and service were good, and you’ll enjoy the food too. The pool area is great for adults and children, and it has a sound system. The hotel and its location are wonderful, just as the name suggests. Monsoon is the best time to visit. You should go once during that season 🌎👍🏻🥽

A very bad experience. The washroom was filthy and stinky, and there was no proper maintenance at all. They charge Rs 100 just to enter with a child. Outside food isn’t allowed, and the vegetable Maggi they offer is just Maggi with onion and tomato.
