The one bright spot was the staff, who were polite and helpful. The buffet, though, had very few choices and most dishes didn’t seem fresh, as if they’d been cooked earlier and reheated for dinner. Only two or three items tasted good; the rest were average. I booked through Swiggy, but once I arrived at the Planet BBQ restaurant in this hotel, they said they wouldn’t accept the booking. We agreed to carry on, but the experience still fell short of expectations. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Everyone who came to our function praised the food, and the management at M Inn made the occasion a wonderful experience. Mrs. Litty madam guided us through choosing the menu and tasting the dishes, and she was a huge help throughout. She took care of the Happy banquet hall arrangements, so I didn’t have to worry about the venue. The food was delicious, too. We held our engagement function there.

Getting around was easy thanks to the convenient location, and check-in went smoothly. The staff were attentive, friendly, and ready to help with whatever we needed. My room at M Inn Hotel was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to anyone after a comfortable visit. I’d be glad to come back.

The breakfast was good, with plenty to choose from, including fresh dosas. Staff were kind and polite, and the bathrooms were kept in decent shape with a strong shower flow. Some rooms need attention, though, as the wallpaper was peeling in places.
