Valet parking was a big convenience, and the place had a welcoming feel. The food was consistently good, and service was attentive for the most part. At dinner, though, the restaurant lighting was noticeably poor, and we waited far too long for the bill. Fixing those two things would make an already good experience feel like a five-star one.

A fairly good hotel, with helpful staff. Front Office staff Gambur Hazuwary went out of his way to accommodate us when we arrived past midnight. Restaurant Manager Dilip Dutta was professional and helpful too.

The buffet food was fine, and the restaurant staff were better than the people at the front office. The restaurant’s exterior looks new, which gives a very different impression from the old, rusty rooms. Housekeeping wouldn’t answer calls, so I had to ring the front desk multiple times for one small amenity. The front office staff were completely unprofessional. This was a deeply disappointing stay, with pathetic service, and the worst place I’ve ever stayed. I couldn’t have had a more forgettable experience.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were so helpful and made sure guests felt looked after. The hotel had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and offered good value for money. At 365 Residency Hotel Restaurant, the food was excellent, with warm service and a pleasant setting that made the visit enjoyable.
