Chenthur Park Hotel

The buffet breakfast was good, and the rooms were spacious and kept in good condition. Staff were polite, but the service needs work and they seem to need more training in how to handle guests. For example, on the second day they didn't replace the coffee, tea, or water bottles. We got back late at night and told the person at reception. Since we were leaving early the next morning, I asked him to arrange the supplies right then. Housekeeping came and asked, “You called?” The receptionist had sent them up without telling them what I needed. There were other service shortcomings like this during my stay.

A staff member saw my power bank and iPhone cable in the room but didn't return them or properly report them to reception. It makes it hard to trust the hotel and raises concerns about guest safety.

I was really upset by the service. My room had none of the basics: no towels, tissue paper, water, or other basic amenities.

The music from a loud club or bar in the basement was strong enough to shake the floor in my room. I called reception, but nobody picked up. At 11:40pm I finally went out to complain, and they turned the music down after that. If you need to sleep at night, I wouldn't recommend staying here.
