The cockroaches were a serious problem and affected both hygiene and comfort. Pest control is urgently needed. The room itself was clean and well maintained.

The price is very affordable, so it’s good value if you want a comfortable stay on a budget. My room at The Residency was clean, decent, and well looked after. Staff were courteous and helpful, and their excellent service really stood out.

The rent was high for this bad experience. The pillows and bed sheet were dirty, cockroaches were crawling on the bed and floor, and the toilets hadn’t been cleaned. Maintenance was awful.

The receptionist was helpful. It’s in a prime spot behind the bus depot, which also means the area is crowded and noisy.

The room smelled very bad and had cockroaches. There was no water heater, either. The reception staff used very bad words and made fake promises. A very, very bad room.
