I killed four cockroaches in the room, and the food was ordinary. The chicken was pathetic, and bar prices were high compared with the food menu. I complained to three different people about the roaches and the continuous noise outside my window, but nobody took action. The reception staff were unresponsive, and requests took at least 10 hours to process. I wouldn't stay here with family or on my own.

The room was small, and outside noise came through easily enough to affect my stay. For the same price, there are better options. It was an average experience.

The hotel is good, but only one water bottle is complimentary. When I ordered another, they brought it with a 32 rs bill. That doesn't seem right.

The rooms were good, though we had to wait at least an hour past our planned checkout time. Prices were high, and the A.C’s weren't working.

The staff kept bothering and nagging us, and seemed not to care about the people staying there. It was the worst service and the worst hotel staff we've experienced. Please avoid this place entirely, whether you're visiting with friends or family.
