I had a terrible experience. I booked online through Agoda, but when I got to the property they said they didn't accept online bookings. They wanted me to cancel that booking and make a new one offline at a higher rate. The owner was rude and gave illogical explanations for a problem that was clearly their fault. In the end, I had to contact Agoda customer care about getting a refund. Save yourself the time and effort and look elsewhere if you're considering booking here. Wish there were a negative marking scale.

Really bad experience. Don’t book through any online platform, the way they treated us was cheap.

We arrived with a room already booked, then were told the price would be much higher than what we had reserved it for. When we questioned the difference, the staff member just said to call customer care if we wanted and refused to honor the booked rate. Careless, unprofessional service.

After traveling by road for 7-8 hours with four families, including kids and infants, we reached in the morning expecting the four rooms we had confirmed through Oyo. The receptionist said there were no rooms available and ignored the confirmation we showed him. Yet he offered those same rooms for double the price, which made no sense if they were supposedly unavailable. He rudely refused to speak with Oyo customer care when they wanted to discuss the issue. We explained how tired the families and children were, but his attitude made it clear he wasn’t going to help. We ended up searching for another place to rest and freshen up.
