I cancelled the room after arriving at midnight and finding it locked, with no one answering the number provided. I’d booked urgently, came by taxi, and was left unable to get in after the taxi dropped me off and left. We had to leave without a solution, and the whole night was wasted. This is very poor service from OYO. Why couldn’t I access the room, and how will OYO improve? If adequate service can’t be provided, perhaps the business should close. What assurance is there for people traveling from other states or places that they’ll actually be able to stay?

The staff and service need improvement, and the washrooms were in very bad condition.

The room, bed, and restroom were horrible and filthy. The taps weren’t even fit to touch, there were used condoms in the bathroom, and garbage covered the lobby. The smell was awful, so we left even though we had nowhere else to go. I’d have rather stayed at the railway station. Twelve of us were left out in the sun, spending four hours on the road trying to find another room. The worst place I’ve ever ended up in, I can’t describe it any better. Please avoid it.

The rooms were never cleaned. There was lizard droppings on the bed, pillows with drool marks, and bathrooms that looked like they hadn’t been cleaned recently. I was also denied check-in until I paid an extra 800 because the receptionist said the online prices were too low. Even after asking for two days, I never got a receipt. They had Wi-Fi but didn’t share the password, and despite claiming breakfast was complimentary, I didn’t get any. I’m never booking with Agoda again. Thanks for a terrible experience. Whoever owns the property needs to learn about cleanliness. @#$&#@
