Hotel Park Inn Coimbatore

The room service staff didn't seem concerned or helpful, and parking was poorly managed. We also got only one soap and one towel for three people. The bigger problem was the cockroaches: our first room was full of them, and the replacement had even more. After we complained several times, they offered another room only for an extra charge, even though the problem was theirs. For a hotel calling itself 3-star, the cleanliness and pest control were awful. The rooms were dirty, the staff careless, and the management poor. It wasn't worth the money, and I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room was clean, but the bed linen had stains and there was no kettle. Getting hot water from the restaurant took around 15 minutes. At 4 pm we asked room service for tea, just hot water and a tea sachet, but they said tea wasn't available until 6 because an event had just ended and the staff were tired.

The staff were especially good, and the service was very nice. My stay was a very good experience. The rent included a complimentary breakfast with several varieties. Thank you so much.

My parents' sleep was ruined during the one night we paid quite a lot for. The ACs didn't work, despite an extra 1K charge, and the rooms smelled of cigarettes. They were dusty too, with peeling walls. We had to switch rooms twice, which was very inconvenient, although the staff did help us. The price was also unclear: first they quoted Rs 1800 after discount, then on arrival said that rate applied only through apps like Goibibo and there was no discount for booking directly. This isn't a suitable place to stay, especially with family.
