Rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff are very helpful. The hotel is in a prime area, just a 200m walk from the railway station, with food courts nearby. At reception, manivannan was very good and arranged transport at an affordable price. A very comfortable stay.

The lift kept stopping between floors, and the rooms weren't cleaned properly. Staff were rude, too. We were also charged an extra 1000 for two hours because we checked out at 10 AM, which I thought was the proper checkout time. Worst experience ever.

They made us leave the room at 3:30 AM and wouldn't even give us five minutes to gather our luggage. We asked for at least an hour, since it was so early, but they refused. The service was awful, and the staff were rude and harsh.

The railway station is within walking distance, which was handy. Inside, the room was spotless, spacious, and nicely decorated, with everything I needed. The bed was really comfortable, and I slept well. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming and professional and made me feel at home. I had a great stay at Ramus Hotel and would happily come back. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place that's well maintained.
