At check-in, reception argued with me about payment even though I'd already paid online, then insisted I pay again. The staff's manner was extremely rude and unprofessional. Customers deserve respectful treatment and clear communication. This irresponsible handling made a very bad impression and left me disappointed with the hotel management.
