Hotel Sree Murugan

The rooms are huge and airy, and the area is clean with good toilets. It’s also an easy walk from the railway station. There’s a bar on the ground floor, and the DJ was superb. The complimentary food with the alcohol was great too. I’d definitely come back if I visit coimbator.

Very clean rooms and fresh linen for a good budget hotel, and you can walk to Coimbatore station. There’s no restaurant on site, but they bring food from nearby places such as Geeta Hall Restaurant.

The rooms are decent, but I’d avoid staying here with family. There are lots of people smoking cigarettes and other things, and it seems common because of the bar downstairs.

I brought a customer to Hotel Sree Murugan as part of my work as a T board (tourist permit) driver, and the staff treated me rudely and with arrogance. They made it difficult to do my job and spoke to me with no respect. Drivers help guests arrive safely, on time, and comfortably, so treating us this way reflects badly on the hotel’s service and attitude. I deserve basic courtesy and dignity while serving the customer, just as the hotel does. If staff can’t show respect to people helping their own guests, it raises concerns about their professionalism and ethics. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how the staff behave.
