Food was delicious, with lots of modern choices from continental to Indian dishes. Housekeeping and room service dining were excellent, and the rooms themselves were excellent too. The bed cushion was very saggy and uncomfortable for sleeping well, though, and the hotel felt dull inside. This is a Premier Club guest room type hotel in a different building behind the club, not the building shown in the photo. The facilities are all there, but you don’t get that warm hotel hospitality. Reception needs to move away from its current transactional approach and be more helpful, courteous, and engaged with customers, leaving a better impression over time.

The room was clean, but the shower drain was clogged. I told both the front desk and housekeeping twice, and it still wasn’t fixed. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were super friendly. Getting set up is a little complicated because the room block is at the back, and taxi drivers have trouble finding it. We also couldn’t get a second room key even though there were two of us. The pool looked amazing in the pictures, but it was under construction during our stay, so we couldn’t use it at all. That wasn’t mentioned anywhere.

We had a wonderful dinner at Kayaloram Rooftop Restaurant in Jenneys Residency, Coimbatore. The calm, breezy rooftop and city view made for a relaxed evening with family or friends. Desserts were the highlight. The carrot halwa was rich and fresh without being too sweet, and the Ilaneer Payasam tasted authentic and was refreshing. The kebabs were juicy, full of flavor, and cooked just right; the hot tandoori dishes were aromatic and seemed made with good ingredients and skill. The Pinacol mocktail was refreshing and balanced nicely with the food. Everything we tried was delicious and well prepared. Service was attentive and courteous, and the meal felt premium and satisfying. A great choice for good food, ambience, and a memorable rooftop dinner in Coimbatore.

The room was big and good for a stay. The reception was well maintained, they offered welcome juice, and the staff were polite.
