Our birthday celebration turned into a memorable day thanks to the excellent ambience at JR Orchids. The pricing is reasonable, the place is easy to reach, and the services feel reliable. It's a great destination for happy occasions.

The customer service was wonderful, and the room was clean and neat. It's also conveniently close to Aravind Eye Hospital. The toilet area felt a bit small, and there were some hard water stains, but I had a good experience overall.

The morning coffee was tasty, and the staff were polite and kind. Rooms were neat and clean, and the hotel is very close to the marriage function hall. It's a good budget option for a stay. One suggestion: the hotel could arrange short trips for couples and families.

A terrible stay. The bed had stains, the toilet was very dirty with hard water marks, and the rooms felt worse than a one-star place. There was no dining table, and no glasses or plates. There were even stray dogs outside. They provide no service, yet are very strict about payment as if the place is fully occupied, even though most rooms are empty.
