I'm posting this at 6:00 AM on Feb 21 2026, with a fever and unable to take a normal hot water bath. There has been no hot water at any point, not even at 6:00 AM. The residence seems to take no responsibility, and the manager lied when asked, saying hot water was available all the time. The rooms are average, the doors don't close properly, and the restrooms are badly maintained. I can't believe such a low-class residency exists in Coimbatore. Avoid this place like plague. Pre booking.

Think twice before booking here. The receptionist was extremely impolite and showed no interest in helping guests. There was no hospitality at all. Management should take this seriously, because this kind of behaviour drives customers away. Very, very bad.

I've never experienced rooms this bad. The main doors are shut from 11 at night until morning, even if you need to get out in an emergency. Nobody answers calls at reception.

The front desk badly needs training. The receptionist was rude, didn't greet us, and answered simple questions aggressively. The attitude was unacceptable. Hospitality begins at reception, and this hotel fails badly there. Very, very, very bad.

The manager was very polite, and the room was maintained neatly. My stay was excellent, and the price was very reasonable.
