The location was fairly quiet, away from traffic, and the staff were good. The hotel seems about a year old, and it was clean and well kept, with covered parking set aside for guests. Check-in took around five minutes. A few basics like water bottles and soap weren't there, so bring your own. I found it better than other three-star hotels.

The room itself was neat, but the stay with my family was not satisfactory. I had paid the full tariff online through the OYO app, yet at check-in they demanded another Rs 1000 and said we couldn't stay otherwise. Mr.Rihan, the OYO executive manager, helped sort it out over chat, and I appreciate that. The experience with rithus residency was very poor, and I wouldn't recommend booking it online.

From outside the building looks attractive, but the inside doesn't match it. Reception was often unattended, and when I called, nobody picked up. They also seemed to leave the same sheets, blankets and pillow covers in place when one guest checked out and the next came into the room.

There's no in-house restaurant, and I couldn't find restaurants nearby either. The room was spacious and clean, with a large bathroom and big wardrobes, and it felt worth the budget price. It's in a residential area away from the city centre. Even with the AC on, there were lots of mosquitoes, so bring repellent.

It seemed newly opened, with good infrastructure, and the room was clean and tidy. The bed cloth looked like a saree, though, so management should change it. The staff were okay, the area was quiet, and both the water heater and AC worked well. Keep it up.
