The room was clean and tidy, and the rate was moderate. Those were the only real positives for us. We were three people and had paid through the OYO app before arriving at 2 pm on 6.10.2018, but the man in the lounge asked us to wait. When we asked where to get lunch, he pointed us to a horrible restaurant, and there didn't seem to be any good hotels nearby. Nobody mentioned the WiFi, and the intercom never worked, so we had to go downstairs for everything. The closet cover lid kept coming off. Breakfast was promised for 8.30 the next morning but arrived at 9.45. The receptionist apologized and said the online food had been delayed.

We booked for September 28, 2019, and the location was much farther from the bus stand and railway station than advertised, about 4 kilometers away in a remote colony. What the app and website showed didn't match the actual place. The hotel refused to provide the geyser, and breakfast wasn't available, even though we had to leave for the airport in the morning. The whole stay was very poor, apart from one peon.

My booking was rejected, and they still didn't refund the money. I've used OYO regularly, and this was my first experience like this. If you value your time and money, look at the many other OYO ROOM options in Coimbatore and avoid this property.

It felt like home here. The rooms were really nice for a low price, and the workers were very pleasant. One of the best hotels in Coimbatore.

This is a 3BHK apartment converted into a hotel, down a very narrow street. The staff were really good and cooperative, and for the price it's a good place.
