OYO 15442 Mahalakshmi Suites

We reserved through OYO for 1000, but the property said they couldn’t give us a room and told us to cancel and book directly. They then pressured us to pay 1500 instead. Very poor service. I strongly recommend avoiding this place, and don’t book based on the photos on different websites.

I waited there for two hours at night, and no OYO customer service representative fixed the issue. Instead, they spoke rubbish. The OYO app showed a lower price, but after I paid through it, the management said that price was wrong because their rates had gone up. I had already paid online and then had to pay another 1000. They said they had complained to OYO and weren’t getting a response. I called OYO customer service too, but they didn’t resolve it. This was at OYO 15442 Mahalakshmi suits Coimbatore.

There are no travel cabs available nearby, and since it’s outside the city, I didn’t feel it was safe for families or couples. The service was poor, and they wouldn’t even provide a bottle of water. This OYO charges many people extra after they’ve booked through OYO and seems to be operating against OYO rules. Please don’t stay here, based on the feedback from many customers.

The way customers are treated was awful. They told us not to make stains, then mocked and insulted us over marks on the bed. It didn’t feel couple-friendly at all, and I’d tell people to stay away. I’ve stayed in lots of places while visiting tourist spots, but I’ve never had such a bad experience. I’ve never seen a supervisor question customers like this. To top it off, he asked for tips. The management needs to address this cheap behavior.
