After a long discussion with OYO helpline, they finally allowed our check-in. At first, they refused to honor the OYO registration and asked for 3000/room. We bargained and got the price down to 2000/room, but still had to keep calling OYO to get checked in. This wasn't the first time an OYO registered team had refused check-in, and it makes me feel OYO is no more. The room was dusty and hadn't been cleaned properly, and the bathroom wasn't clean either. One closet was leaking. They didn't provide bath towels, soap, or drinking water. A terrible experience.

The rooms were dirty, there was no wifi, and the staff were rude. I'd spoken with a representative by phone before arriving, but then we couldn't find anyone at reception for an hour. The mobile and landline phones were ringing on the same floor, and nobody answered. Don't book here, even if the price seems very cheap.

The location is handy, close to the main road, and the breakfast and room service were good. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious, with a particularly large, better washroom. It was a good stay, and couples could consider it too.

Getting here by public transport was easy, and there are restaurants, supermarkets, and a mall close by. The staff were friendly and ready to help whenever needed, and the service was good. A very good place to stay.

The washrooms were disgusting, and the staff didn't treat customers properly. A very bad place to stay. Don't stay there.
