OYO 79641 Collection O Kota Hotels Town Hall

The receptionists were very good. Whenever I called or had a question, they helped me. The room worked for a couple of nights, though the bathroom could be much better: it was leaky and squeaky. They don't allow locals to stay because of the jewellery shops on the street, so it feels pretty exclusive.

Music started loudly at reception in the middle of the night and disturbed our sleep. I complained to the person twice, but they didn't listen. The hotel's location is shown incorrectly on Google Maps. Hygiene in the room and bathroom wasn't properly maintained, and all the room walls had stains from pan masala and water.

I had to change my review from best to worst. My booked room was 202, and it was so hot I couldn't sleep all night. I was sweating, and mosquitoes made it worse. The fan didn't give any air at all.

The worst part came when I called OYO assist. It took 15 minutes for the call to connect, then the OYO captain left me on hold so long I had to hang up. Poor management and poor service. We'd booked two rooms and reached around midnight, only to be told by the operator that they were full. It's so irritating when a hotel gives your booked room to someone else. OYO rooms are popular with unmarried couples and people having extra-marital affairs, but that doesn't mean they should give rooms to couples arriving without a booking while booked guests are left to suffer. This hotel is more than WORST in service.
