The suite gives you two separate rooms and can comfortably fit 6-7 guests, though they share one bathroom. There’s also a nice shared sitting and dining space near reception. It’s a premium property close to Shrinathji temple Nathdwara. Service was slow while I was there, perhaps because they were short staffed.

Lalit Sen, the GM, was especially helpful. He speaks English fluently, knows people locally and arranged transport at reasonable rates. He also suggested places to visit nearby, which made things easier for me since I don’t speak Hindi fluently. We came for darshan at Shrinathji temple, and this hotel’s highway-side location also made it convenient to go to other places. The service was very good, and I’d recommend staying here.

Prakash, the chef, asked for feedback on the food. I mentioned the soup and Dal Makhni, and he made them again. They tasted okay the next time. I had a great time staying here, and it’s a nice place to visit.

The rooms, staff and service were all good, and the location worked well. There’s a restaurant on the top floor, though I found the food only okay. They don’t have hot water, so keep that in mind when planning, especially in winter.

The hotel was good overall, but I felt there was no privacy at dinner. Someone came to our table asking us to leave a review before we’d even started eating. It seemed like management was pressuring guests for reviews. The water also arrived late.
