Small rooms, but they're clean and hygienic. The remote location makes it quite peaceful, too.

There was no lift, so getting our bags upstairs was difficult, and the staff only watched instead of helping. We also had to go to reception ourselves for water bottles and soap, which weren't in the room. The reception staff were rude, and nobody came to open the gate when our vehicle arrived, even though staff were sitting nearby on the stairs. The room smelled unpleasant and wasn't properly cleaned. The towels were stained, the bathroom mirror was smudged and dirty, and the toilet had stains too. There was a foul smell throughout the property, and mosquitoes were everywhere. This was an intolerable, very uncomfortable stay, and I would strongly advise against this hotel. Look for a better option in the same location.

The one thing that helped was having the toilet and shower in separate areas, which saved us time. Otherwise, a terrible stay. We paid for an extra bed for a third person, but they wouldn't provide that person with a towel or soap. The bedsheets were torn and dirty, and the rods and mirror were rusty and dirty. When we asked for the towel we'd paid for, the staff were very rude.

The night shift guy was called BABU. He spoke to customers in a dominating way, used very harsh words, and was extremely impolite at reception. He seemed to have contacts with some people like rowdies. I'd suggest staying away from this kind of hotel.
