Ranis Grand

I checked in around 3 AM and paid ₹2350 for a small studio room, but the AC wasn't working from the start. When I reported it, staff casually said it would come on in 20 minutes. Nearly an hour later it still didn't work, so they moved us to another room. Shifting all our luggage in the middle of the night was exhausting and very inconvenient after such a late arrival. At checkout, I raised the issue but got no proper apology or concern, and they took the full amount without reducing the price. The poor maintenance and customer service showed a lack of responsibility. At this price, a working AC and decent handling of complaints are basic expectations. Not recommended.

The food at Hotel Rani’s Grand was delicious and hygienic, with good variety and quality. The location also makes it easy to reach nearby attractions and key areas, while the hotel itself stays peaceful. Staff were attentive without being intrusive and ready to help with a smile. Their warm, polite welcome made check-in smooth and stress-free from the moment we arrived. Our clean, spacious, well-maintained room had a comfortable bed and the essentials for a relaxing stay. The calm, refined ambience showed good attention to detail. It seems well suited to families and business travellers alike, and offered great value for money. I left with a positive impression, would recommend it, and would happily stay again.

The ample parking made arrival and departure hassle-free, and the location was close to everything while still peaceful enough for a restful stay. At Rani’s Grand, my room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and comfortable, so it was easy to unwind after a long day. The meals were fresh, flavourful, and varied. Warm hospitality and good value too. I'd definitely recommend it for a comfortable, convenient stay.

The hotel's calm, inviting ambience made for a relaxing family holiday, and the restroom was very clean. Most importantly, it's opposite coimbatore railway station. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making the stay pleasant. A great experience, and I'd recommend the hotel to families and other travellers.
